Our Walks for 2024

As a carer you could join one of our exciting walks in 2024. You are welcome to attend on your own or share the experience with the person you care for.

Hertfordshire

March 22nd - Verulamium, St Albans
April 17th - Trent Park for the daffodils
May 21st - Rickmansworth Aquadrome - Park and Nature Reserve
June 12th - THE BIG STEP OUT - Hatfield House
July 10th - Audley End - English Heritage House and Gardens (TBC)
August - Walking Football (TBC)
September 12th - Forte Hall, Enfield
October 17th - Tewinbury, long distance walk
October 17th - Capel Manor (TBC)

Manchester

January 16th  - Peel Park, Salford
February 21st  - Wythenshaw Park with “Lifted”
March 21st  - Debdale Park - East Manchester
June 11th  - Heaton Park, Bury Carers
June 12th  - RHS Bridgewater, Wigan and Leigh Carers
June 14th  - Highfield Country Park, Levenshulme
June 25th  - THE BIG STEP OUT - Dunham Massey
July 18th  - Sale Water Park.
September 17th  - Salford Peel Park go to Meadows, short walk or wetlands, long walk.
October 10th  - Heaton Park
November 14th  - Velodrome to go to Philips Park and Clayton Vale or Platt Fields if Velodrome not suitable.
December 17th  - City Centre Christmas Installations, Snacks on the way. Finish at Central Library café for brew.

Kent

Jan 24th  - Tai Chi with Anna at Hythe Bowls Club
March 1st  -
Folkestone with Touchbase Care, fish & chips lunch
March 26th  -
Rye Harbour Nature Reserve
April 29th - Great Dixter - House & Gardens, Northiam, nr. Rye

Carers and the people they care for are welcome to join us at any of our walks in their area. See our contact page to book - and you’ll soon connect to a human. Our Stepping Out walks, including lunch, are free.

Volunteer with Us

Get more out of your regular walking by joining us as a volunteer. Open to anyone interested, particular carers who are no longer caring and would enjoy contributing to their local community.
